By accessing and using Polyvia3D, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Polyvia3D provides a free, browser-based 3D file format conversion service. The service converts files between OBJ, STL, and GLB formats using WebAssembly technology running entirely in your web browser.

Use of Service

You agree to use Polyvia3D only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any files you process through our service. Respect intellectual property rights and licenses of 3D models obtained from third parties.

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the files you convert using Polyvia3D. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your files or the conversion output. The Polyvia3D name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Polyvia3D is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will be perfectly accurate for all input files.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyvia3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from data loss, corruption, or inaccurate conversions.

File Size Limits

The service supports files up to 50MB on desktop devices and 25MB on mobile devices. These limits may change without notice. Files exceeding these limits will be rejected by the converter.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
